1.By purchasing an item on our online store, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Get Liquidated, reserves the right to modify or alter these Terms of Use without notice. By using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the most current version of these Terms of Use.
2.Upon purchase all parties buying shall be held responsible to have informed themselves as to the terms and conditions published on the Website.
3. In order to purchase you must provide a valid credit card and contact information.
3A. We only do local pickup (Rutland area of Kelowna) unless shipping is requested prior to purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. Unless there is an agreement made under the discretion of Get Liquidated.
5. Get Liquidated agrees to exercise reasonable care in cataloguing and describing items to be sold, but we DO NOT warrant the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity or condition of said property. All statements made to the authorship, origin, age, date, attribution, provenance or condition of any item(s) for sale is a statement of opinion and is not to be relied upon as a representation of fact.
6. All items are sold on a 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis, no guarantee is given as to their condition or suitability. You are able to view and inspect items upon request just give us a call or text at 250-300-8585. This is recommended in order to determine the condition, size and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. By purchasing, you agree that you have either inspected the respective item, or have waived your right to do so. In the event that there is a discrepancy between our description and our photos, the photos will take precedent over the description.
7. Payment can be made Visa, MasterCard, or e transfers in addition to the purchase price applicable taxes will be added. GST (5%) and PST (7%), All Items purchased must be paid in full before removal from the premises. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER.
8. In the event of shipping, the buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping, insurance, postage and delivery costs in addition to final purchase price and applicable sales taxes. All items will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise instructed. All items for shipping will be shipped within two business days.
9. We (Get Liquidated) will not be liable for damage or injury to persons or property during or after removal.
10. Once you purchase, you are entering a legal binding contract with Get Liquidated. By you authorize us to charge your credit card the full amount of any purchases made. You understand and agree that your payment will be forfeited and may be applied to the account for the obligations due. Items not paid for in full, claimed, shipped, or picked up, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale and on pickup date(s) in description, will be considered abandoned and resold in the future without notice.
11. All purchased items must be picked up within 72 hours of purchase unless other arrangements were made prior to purchase. Thank you for your understanding. Unpicked up items will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.
12. While every attempt to ensure accuracy on our website, Get Liquidated does not warrant that product specifications, pricing, or other content on the Website is complete, accurate, or error-free.
13. As a result of signing up to our mailing and e-mail notification list, we may have collected some or all of the following personal information: name, address, postal, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. This personal information will only be used by Get Liquidated to provide you with information regarding our products and services, namely upcoming auctions and events.
